Per FedEx requirements for shipping high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, a direct adult signature is required upon delivery for all battery purchases. Please note that battery shipments cannot be diverted for pickup, and we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has shipped. Any batteries returned due to being undeliverable will incur a $75 restocking fee. Thank you for your understanding.
